Use a faction hardener (not an invuln), most likely a thermal, shouldn't cost you 20 mil. Never use more than 1 invuln II. Use a meta 4 SPR. Fit your 3 BCUs. edit: and just to remind you, there is still no divider between posts and sigs.

Dumb idea. It should obviously be an in-game service, which would take two seconds to make up a sensible RP basis of, and act as another nice ISK sink. edit: and just to remind you, there is still no divider between posts and sigs.
